Bioglitter® on the box!
We’ve had some incredible coverage in the last few weeks, from international and national news pieces to radio and TV.
In fact, just a few days ago, none other than our very own directors, Stephen Cotton, and Andrew Thompson were filming with the BBC.
We took the BBC team around our warehousing and development labs in Manchester, giving them a tour of the facility, and showing how the Bioglitter® products are made and explaining the issue of plastic pollution caused by traditional polyester based glitter.
After the tour, the BBC team interviewed Stephen and Andrew, who talked about the launch of the latest product, Bioglitter® PURE, the world’s first plastic free, certified biodegradable glitter. The interviews and tour featured on North West Tonight last Friday and BBC online this week. We are now in talks with further press for follow up pieces. It’s all very exciting!
We’ve also had some incredible interaction on Bioglitter® social and the launch of our new plastic free glitter, with some posts seeing 17,000 likes! It’s great to see the positive reaction to the new products and we’ll have lots more announcements soon, as we are in talks with major retailers and brands to replace their sparkles with Bioglitter®.
